Baked Feta Pasta

This dish, my friends, is basically what happens when you're too lazy to actually cook but want to impress someone or, you know, treat yourself to something that screams, "I tried!" without really trying.

So, you start with a block of feta cheese, which honestly feels like a crime to bake but trust me on this. You’re going to take that cheese hostage, surround it with cherry tomatoes, broccoli, onion, and garlic cloves because we're pretending to be healthy here. Then you drown everything in EVOO, because why not? You're already baking cheese. Go big or go home, right? Sprinkle a bunch of herbs and spices on top like you know what you're doing. I used garlic powder, dried basil, oregano, fresh thyme, and some red pepper flakes for a kick because life needs a little spice sometimes. Don't forget the salt and pepper; it's like the fairy dust of cooking.

Pop this concoction into a 400-degree oven and let it do its magic for about 30 minutes. This is the perfect amount of time to ponder your life choices or, you know, boil some pasta. Once everything’s baked to gooey perfection, you mix it all together with the pasta. It’s like conducting an orchestra of flavors, except you’re just a person in your kitchen trying not to burn anything. And voila! You've got yourself a dish that'll make you feel like a gourmet chef, even though your biggest accomplishment was not eating the ingredients before they made it into the oven. Serve it up, and bask in the glory of your minimal effort masterpiece.
