- In a large skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Heat until butter is melted.
- Add the peppers and 1-2 tbsp of the oil from the jar. Then add chicken broth, spinach and all the seasonings (basil, oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder). Stir together, until the spinach has fully wilted.
- Add the ravioli to the skillet and lightly mix together with the sauce, peppers and spinach. I usually add in some extra garlic powder here.
- Continue to stir every now and then until ravioli is cooked (2-3 min tops).
- Let it sit for a few min, sauce will thicken a little. Add grated Parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
