Roasted Buffalo Pizza Chickpeas

- Drain and rinse beans. In a mixing bowl, add beans, oregano, basil, S&P, plenty of garlic powder, basil and olive oil.
- Then layer on a baking sheet evenly.
- Add a little butter on top in a few places. Bake at 375 for 15 min (until they start opening a little and crisp up).
- Take baking sheet out and add sliced pepperoni, stir into mixture.
- Add back into oven for 5 more minutes.
- Take out one more time and add cheese across all of the beans and pepperoni, sprinkle with garlic salt and a little more basil.
- Put back into oven to melt cheese (2-3 min). Enjoy!
