- Preheat 0ven to 400 degrees
- Roll-out the pizza down with a little EVOO
- Place it onto a baking sheet with non-stick spray (or EVOO)
- Sprinkle it with garlic salt. Cook for 10 min
- Remove from the oven, spread crushed tomatoes all over.
- Add a little parmesan cheese, sliced onions, prosciutto, oregano, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper.
- Transfer back to the oven for another 10 minutes. Then switch to broil on high, for about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, add a little more parmesan cheese, and some parsley for garnish.
