Beef & Red Pepper Pappardelle Pasta

- In a medium-sized pot, boil water and cook pasta with a few pinches of salt. (approximately 7-10 min).
- While that’s cooking, add ground beef (with a little salt and garlic powder) and garlic cloves to a large skillet. Cook for about 5-7 min until beef is fully cooked.
- Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thinly sliced bell peppers, oregano, basil, garlic salt, crushed red pepper flakes. Stir together and let cook for another 3 min.
- Drain pasta water and add pasta to the beef mixture. Top it with some parsley and grated Parmesan. Enjoy!
