Mozzarella-Stuffed Garlic Rolls with Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomatoes
These mozzarella-stuffed garlic rolls are everything you want in a quick snack or lazy dinner: flaky crescent dough, shredded chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and loads of melty mozzarella. It’s like a Mediterranean-inspired pizza wrapped in a buttery blanket.
Perfect for appetizers, game day, or when you just don’t feel like cooking but still want something that tastes like you tried. And trust me, you’ll want to dip these in something good, like marinara, ranch, or whatever’s in your fridge.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
8oz can crescent rolls
4 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp melted butter
Dried oregano
Garlic salt
EVOO
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Cook the chicken with a little EVOO and garlic salt, then shred.
Roll out the crescent dough into four squares (two triangles per square) on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Fill the center of each square with chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and mozzarella, then sprinkle with oregano.
Fold the corners over, leaving two ends open for that “rustic” look.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with parmesan, garlic salt, and a little more oregano.
Bake for 12 minutes, and you’re done.
Simple, cheesy, and guaranteed to disappear fast. Enjoy!
