Ingredients

Instructions

  1. - Chop carrots and onions, toss into slow cooker
  2. - Add the spinach and beans, then toss everything with your hands or a large spoon.
  3. - Cut a lemon into four pieces and place around the sides of the other veggies
  4. - Add two chicken breasts in the middle of the other ingredients, pushing it a bit to the sides so the chicken is laying closer to the bottom of the pot.
  5. - Pour in the Chicken Broth
  6. - Sprinkle the following all over: oregano, garlic powder, salt & pepper, red pepper flakes.
  7. - Add Paprika & Rosemary on top of the chicken
  8. - Drizzle olive olive oil over everything, and add butter on top of the chicken
  9. - Cook on High for about 3-4 hours (until chicken is falling apart)
  10. - When fully cooked, remove the sprigs of rosemary, add parmesan cheese and stir everything together while shredding the chicken.
