- In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, minced garlic and maple syrup.
- Put chicken thighs in the bowl and let sit for about 10-15 minutes.
- Chop up Brussels sprouts, and red onion, place in baking dish.
- Add handfuls of Kalamata olives.
- Put thin slices of lemon around the sides.
- Make room in the middle for the chicken thighs.
- Add the chicken to the middle and pour some of the balsamic maple sauce over all the chicken. T
- hen drizzle the veggies and chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, balsamic glaze, S&P, and fresh basil.
